The problem arises when with a focused vision, you try to keep track of more than one object, for example, three limbs, eight balls or a crowd of people. Peripheral vision is much more suitable for <\/span><b>multitasking<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. You have much better<\/span><b> spatial awareness<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the expanded vision mode.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vision is a gate into the mind; therefore, it is good to be <\/span><b>aware of your vision during meditation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your vision deserves to be developed and consciously controlled!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Focused vision leads to focused awareness.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peripheral vision leads to expanded awareness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>5. Awareness<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attention<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">flows out from awareness, similar to the way water gushes out from a spring.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your <\/span><b>awareness<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is the primary <\/span><b>source of your power; attention<\/b> <b>is <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">your power.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Where you aim your <\/span><b>attention<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, that is where your power flows \u2013 that\u2019s where something happens.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Focused awareness <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 logical thinking is an excellent tool for tactics, plans and strategy, but not the best tool for initial reactions. In focused awareness, we perceive the world in a more linear fashion,\u00a0 in fragments.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Focused awareness is analysing the past and planning for the future.<br \/>\n<\/span><b>Chronic stress <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is a product of focused &#8211; condensed awareness <\/span>all the time<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In <\/span><b>expanded awareness, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">we are not actively thinking; we just <\/span><b>flow at the moment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Therefore, we are more sensitive, we <\/span><b>process information quicker<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from our senses (we feel more kinetic energy, rhythm), and we can <\/span><b>multitask<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> more efficiently. Our <\/span><b>reactions are quicker; they<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are <\/span><b>natural<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and more intuitive<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Whole\u00a0<b>European culture\u00a0<\/b>based on Vedic culture, with a heavy influence from Egypt, Babylonia, Jews, Arabs and other cultures.<\/p>\n<p>Between fruits from Vedic Tree, we can find treasures such as\u00a0<b>Yoga<\/b>,\u00a0<b>Chi Kung<\/b>, and many kinds of\u00a0<b>Meditations<\/b>,\u00a0<b>Mantras\u00a0<\/b>etc.<br \/>\nThere are a lot of\u00a0<b>traditional medicines<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<b>massages<\/b>. Next to mentioned cultures, it has a massive influence on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Traditional_Chinese_medicine\"><b>Traditional Chinese medicine<\/b><\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Acupressure\"><b>Acupressure<\/b><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Acupuncture\"><b>Acupuncture<\/b><\/a>.<br \/>\nWe could enjoy a massive tree of arts, dance, cuisine, myths and other aspects\u2026<\/p>\n<p>The most technocratic branches of Vedic culture are\u00a0<b>European\u00a0<\/b>branches. It is supposed to be spread just from the master to students verbally. Slavic kept this tradition a long time.<br \/>\nTherefore\u00a0<i>\u2018Slav\u2019\u00a0<\/i>in Slavic language sounds like\u00a0<i>\u2018Slovan\u2019<\/i>. It has roots in the verb\u00a0<i>\u2018slovo\u2019<\/i>\u00a0meaning\u00a0<i>\u2018a word\u2019<\/i>.
