Of course, we cannot separate from its bones, organs and rest of the body. It could be from the core, ming men, knee etc. towards fingers and toes, or further. Knowingly can also expand our organs like lungs, a bladder (useful when you need and cannot urine) etc.<br \/>\n3) 90\u00b0 from the bone to the skin surface, or further.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Condense<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Quality makes our soft tissue (especially fasciae)\u00a0 denser or more concentrated.<br \/>\nDirection to condense:<br \/>\n1) To the ground.<br \/>\n2) From the periphery of the body (or space around) to the centre. Your view is narrower. Your attention flows to the point.<br \/>\nWith (expanded)\u00a0<b>peripheral vision<\/b>\u00a0everything is a bit blurred, but your view is much wider. Your attention expands \u2013 you are able to work with more perceptions\/impulses.<\/p>\n<p>Focused vision is good when you need to focus on one thing (e.g. one arm, one ball or one body). The problem arises when you try, with a focused vision to keep track of more than one object e.g. 3 limbs, 8 balls or a crowd of people. Peripheral vision is much more suitable for\u00a0<b>multitasking<\/b>. You have much better spatial awareness in the expanded vision mode.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Focused &amp; Expanded awareness<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Our awareness and attention are not so straightforward;\u00a0 we cannot simply deposit them into a dual system. In order to explain it, we simplify them in a spectrum between focused and expanded awareness, from which gush forth focused and expanded attention.<\/p>\n<p>Nowadays, when we use the term \u2018attention\u2019, we usually mean \u2018<b>focused attention<\/b>\u2019\u2026<br \/>\n<b>Focused awareness<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 logical thinking is a great tool for tactics, plans and strategy, but not the best tool for initial reactions. In focused awareness, we perceive the world in a more\u00a0<b>linear\u00a0<\/b>fashion,\u00a0<b>\u00a0in fragments<\/b>.<br \/>\nFocused awareness is analysing the <b>past\u00a0<\/b>and planning for the\u00a0<b>future<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>In\u00a0<b>expanded awareness\u00a0<\/b>we are not thinking, we just\u00a0<b>flow at the moment<\/b>. Therefore we are\u00a0<b>more sensitive<\/b>, we process<b>\u00a0information quicker from<\/b>\u00a0our senses (we feel more and see kinetic energy, rhythm, we have better spatial awareness), we, therefore, can be more effective at\u00a0<b>multitasking<\/b>. Our reactions are quicker, natural \u2013 more\u00a0<b>instinctive<\/b>.
