To be smooth &amp; relaxed. I am proud to be a certified instructor by master\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/systematm.com\/vladimir-vasiliev\/\"><b>Vladimir Vasiliev<\/b><\/a>. I had a privilege to learn also from master<a href=\"https:\/\/www.russiansystema.co.uk\/legends-of-systema\/colonel-mikhail-ryabko\">\u00a0Mikhail Rybko<\/a>,<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Cossack\u2019s tradition<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Modern Systema comes from <b>Cossack\u2019s tradition<\/b>,\u00a0 where <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is saved old Slavic culture and philosophy. I grew up on Hip hop and Break-dance.<br \/>\nSince I tried\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/play-fight.com\/community\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bruno Caverna\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/play-fight.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Play-fight<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0, I really enjoy expressing myself at<strong>\u00a0Contact Improvisation<\/strong>.<br \/>\nIf there\u2019s any chance, I love dancing in clubs, however, I am often just dancing at home\u2026 And of course, I dance when I practice Martial Arts.<br \/>\nIn my opinion, every movement has done smoothly and with elegance, we can call \u2018dance\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/IMG_20190707_1502575.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2374 size-large aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/IMG_20190707_1502575-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/IMG_20190707_1502575-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/IMG_20190707_1502575-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/IMG_20190707_1502575-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/IMG_20190707_1502575-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Other Martial Arts<\/h3>\n<p>I\u2019ve always been active- gymnastics, athletics, swimming, cycling, skiing, football, tennis, basketball, &amp; many others.<br \/>\nWhen I was about 11 years old I fell in love with Martial Arts (MA) and I found\u00a0<b>Goju Riu Karate<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>I then started to train in\u00a0<b>Kick-boxing<\/b>, classic Boxing and Thai boxing.<br \/>\nAs part of the Slovakian National Kickboxing Team, in 2000 I became the Slovakian <strong>Kick-boxing champion<\/strong>.<br \/>\nI was also selected for the Slovakian National Karate Team and in 2002 I was the <strong>Karate Champion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Then I found\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ip_Man\">Ip Man<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Leung_Ting\">Leung Ting<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wing_Chun\"><b>Wing Tsun Kung Fu<\/b><\/a> and during my first contact with a master, I realise that hardness doesn\u2019t work with liquid (internal systems).<br \/>\nWhat I experienced was that he was going through my defences like a knife through butter and after the last 16 years of hard training I couldn\u2019t ignore this fact. As easily as water behaves when it encounters something hard, it just flows around it.<br \/>\nI became a student of Sifu Richard Kapalko, and other masters in Wing Tsun: Dai-Sifu Oliver Konig &amp;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wingtsunwelt.com\/wingtsun-grandmaster-keith-r-kernspecht?language=en\">GM Prof. Keith R. Kernspecht<\/a>.<br \/>\nIn 2005 moved to the UK, and continue to study Wing Tsun to this day with the highly experienced\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/mastercameron86?lang=en\">Master Andrew Cameron<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To experience different MA, I have also trained in\u00a0<b>Escrima<\/b>\u00a0(Master Bill Newman), Aikido, Taekwondo, BJJ, Judo, Ju Jitsu, and Wrestling amongst others.<\/p>\n<p>My strategy is to learn with an <strong>open mind<\/strong>, learning skills from every source of MA. After years I took a course and became a professional<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/getupenergy.co.uk\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" shape=\"rect\">\u00a0massage therapist<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>However just a course didn\u2019t make me a good massage therapist, I continue to learn and now have 15 years of practice and experience..<\/p>\n<p>I love this job for freeing people from pain and tension.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s also allowed me to develop my feeling and helps me to better understand the human body from different perspectives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The system based also on modern progressive <strong>physiology<\/strong> developed by <b>scientific methods<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Introduction to Anatomy Trains\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oSa6KbosJS0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Exploration of our movements brought me a few years ago to a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anatomytrains.com\/about-us\/about-tom-myers\/\">\u00a0Tom Myers<\/a>\u00a0book:<a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.eu\/d\/htzqCHC\">\u00a0<strong>Anatomy Trains<\/strong><\/a>. This book massively changed my perception of our movements. It helped me to see the whole human body much more\u00a0<b>holistically<\/b>. Instead of separated muscles, I see\u00a0<b>the united body<\/b>, with a\u00a0<b>myofascial network<\/b>\u00a0across the whole of it.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore I attended a course \u2018<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/anatomy-trains-in-motion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Anatomy Trains in Motion<\/a><\/strong>\u2019\u00a0made by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anatomytrains.com\/about-us\/about-tom-myers\/\">Tom Myer<\/a>\u00a0and Karin Gurtner.<\/p>\n<p>For us, movers are important to understanding how the human body &#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anatomytrains.com\/fascia\/tensegrity\/\">\u00a0<b>tensegrity<\/b><\/a>\u00a0<b>works in motion<\/b>; how moving patterns affect your body and vice versa &#8211; how any unbalance of your body affects your movements.<\/p>\n<p>The new perception of the body helped me to better understand body mechanics as a martial artist &amp; a dancer. It\u2019s also helping me diagnosticated problem of my massage therapy patients.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Pravilo<\/h3>\n<p>I am also a therapist\/instructor at Slavic tool called a <strong>\u2018<a href=\"http:\/\/pravilo.co.uk\/pravilo-a-health-machine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pravilo<\/a>\u2019<\/strong>. The feeling is indescribable.
