True stillness is not achievable. The small movements which keep us balanced flow in continuous waves from the ground up through the whole body to the top of the head.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is much easier to juggle solid objects than a human body which has joints, and is made from 50-75% water! Juggling within the body is so complex that it takes us years to master it.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<i>Try it yourself right now<\/i>: Attempt to stand still and feel what happens\u2026 You can feel how your body loses its balance, then it activates the right\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.co.uk\/Anatomy-Trains-Myofascial-Meridians-Therapists\/dp\/070204654X\/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_14_t_0?_encoding=UTF8&amp;psc=1&amp;refRID=M166N54FS41CZKKB8Q5C\"><b>myofascial train<\/b><\/a>\u00a0to bring itself back into balance. However the same momentum that brings \u00a0you back to balance leads to you losing your balance again..\u00a0<b>You are oscillating<\/b>, similar to a pendulum; an upside-down pendulum.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Foucault_pendulum_animated.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1362 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Foucault_pendulum_animated.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"240\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Flow of Balance in your body is made up of such tiny movements that you probably aren\u2019t even aware of it. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Step 1:\u00a0<\/span><b>start becoming aware<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>of the flow of balance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. For example, pay attention to it when you are waiting for a train or when you are standing in a queue\u2026<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your awareness is your \u2018superpower\u2019.\u00a0<\/span><b>Where your attention flows so does your power<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Practising this attention develops sensitivity. The more you focus on it, the better your feeling will be.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">People often think, that they can overcome these tiny movements with strong muscular tension. Even if you do tense up the flow of balance will be still be there. Tension just makes it more difficult to feel it. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Therefore, to be more sensitive, <\/span><b>relax\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as much as possible.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\nStep 2: <b>Feel the flow of balance in others<\/b>. For example, place your hand on someone\u2019s shoulder and feel their movement\u2026 Remain passive, don\u2019t manipulate the body, just flow with it.<br \/>\nPlacing your hands on their body can give you information about your partner\u2019s movement, but you can develop your awareness even further.<br \/>\n<b>Sync with your partner\u2019s movement<\/b>. Be careful, (especially if you want to actively control the movement) because you can easily break this connection. Therefore don\u2019t push or pull hard, rather extend the natural movements by gently pushing or pulling the fascias with a deeply rooted touch which comes from your core\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oa3BcxlpB4A?start=16&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can\u00a0<\/span><b>connect with multiple people at the same time<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. You can be connected with 2 or 3, or even more people. In some of workshops there have been 50 or 200 of us connected.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also\u00a0<\/span><b>observe the flow of balance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0from a distance. After practicing for a while you can\u00a0will be able to <\/span><b>mirror and<\/b> <b>move with somebody further away\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 without making physical touch. In our normal waking consciousness most of us <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">have a tendency to ignore one really important aspect:\u00a0<\/span><b>emotional connection<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Your connection is not so deep if you are thinking about \u2018you and him\u2019. The partner\/opponent can feel the antagonism and break the connection. It\u2019s much better, if you imagine the two of you as one for example instead of sending the the message: \u2018do what I want\u2019 you send the message \u2018let\u2019s co-operate together\u2019 in the form of a feeling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Why should I work with the flow of balance?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The flow of balance is a\u00a0<\/span><b>fundamental process<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0which massively affects all of your movements.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s a tiny \u2018micro movement\u2019, which looks negligible, however we are talking about a\u00a0<\/span><b>massive power<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u2013 about moving your body mass.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In using this power you are quicker, stronger, you can better synchronise with a dance partner, you can flow around somebody in a game of football, you can take somebody down, or strike against the flow of their natural movement and much much more\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are connected to someone through dance, sport or fighting <\/span><b>you<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>will recognise the other person\u2019s movement faster\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and react quicker.<a href=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/GettyImages-668818954.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1359 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/GettyImages-668818954-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/GettyImages-668818954-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/GettyImages-668818954-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/GettyImages-668818954-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/GettyImages-668818954.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you sync with the flow of balance during a discussion, you will have more rapport with the person you are communicating with. The person probably won\u2019t even recognise why they connected with you so well and why they feel there is such an understanding between you. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s important to remember the psychological aspect of communication because it really helps you connect with others. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here is a practical example from my work as a doorman: if I see somebody acting suspiciously or aggressively I sync with him from a distance. Then I walk towards him.
