{"id":1479,"date":"2017-10-10T02:59:09","date_gmt":"2017-10-10T02:59:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/?p=1479"},"modified":"2018-04-20T00:36:11","modified_gmt":"2018-04-20T00:36:11","slug":"flow-balance-fight","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/flow-balance-fight\/","title":{"rendered":"The Flow of Balance in a Fight"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the previous blog titled: \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/flow-of-balance\/\">Flow of Balance<\/a>\u2019 I explained how we flow against gravity and how we can synchronise with others.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now the question is: how can this be used in a real fight?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The answer: two waves can combine to create either constructive (in phase) or destructive force (out of phase).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you move<\/span><b> in phase<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with your opponent, you create <\/span><b>constructive interference<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which can be used to <\/span><b>take his balance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By moving in phase with your opponent\u2019s strike, his force doesn\u2019t hit you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you move <\/span><b>out of phase <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with the opponent, it can help you to <\/span><b>keep balance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Movement out of phase create <\/span><b>destructive interference<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> which is useful for striking &#8211; it makes your strike twice as destructive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/wave-of-balancen-n-the-fight.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1480 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/wave-of-balancen-n-the-fight-1024x920.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"920\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/wave-of-balancen-n-the-fight-1024x920.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/wave-of-balancen-n-the-fight-600x539.jpg 600w, https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/wave-of-balancen-n-the-fight-300x269.jpg 300w, https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/wave-of-balancen-n-the-fight-768x690.jpg 768w, https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/wave-of-balancen-n-the-fight.jpg 1737w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Somebody could think, that force of balance wave is negligible. Movement can be really tiny, however it\u2019s movement of whole body mass &#8211; a big power.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then, in the fight are <strong>oscillation<\/strong> tumbling. To eliminate the power of balance, usually an opponent use more power. Incorrect &#8211; your balance flows all the time, it doesn\u2019t matter if you are relaxed, or tense like a bodybuilder on the competition. If you are tense, it&#8217;s just harder feel the flow and it\u2019s also harder for you to work with it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let your training partner lie down and wave him. Than, ask him to tense up and don\u2019t allow you to wave\u2026 You can see that you can wave the body even opponent doesn\u2019t want it. Same you can noticed in stance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wave of balance is a fundamental aspect which can multiply your power.
