The soft body is attracted just by the earth, however, we are made up also from <strong>fire<\/strong>; and <b>fire flows to the sky<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>So, a vital are <b>pulled by gravitational force down &amp; by fire upwards.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The fire also <strong>automatically brings you to a balanced position<\/strong>, so if somebody pushes you, you flow immediately back like a fire.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore our warrior&#8217;s <b>squats<\/b> don\u2019t bend forward, but from hips, we <strong>flow straight up as a fire..<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And finally one small advice: if you have to <b>stay up for a longer time <\/b>don\u2019t be static \u2013 wave. In a static position are same muscles are <b>working <\/b><b>non-stop<\/b>, if you wave a bit, your muscles have time to turn off and relax..
