Relax<\/b><br \/>\nThe best breathing is relaxed.<br \/>\nTension restricts your breathing and other movements.<br \/>\nTo feel the force you should be relaxed.<br \/>\nThe force flows better through a relaxed body.<br \/>\nUnnecessary tension is wasting your energy \u2013 relax makes you more effective.<br \/>\nBeing relaxed and breathing properly helps you to cope with stress, fear, panic, pain.<br \/>\nYou feel happier when relaxed!<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Inhale through the nose &amp; exhale through the mouth<br \/>\n<\/b>Your body has better control of the volume &amp; speed of intake air.<br \/>\nThe nose also performs important filtration &amp; temperature regulation of incoming air.<\/p>\n<p><b>3. Breath leading<br \/>\n<\/b>Start any activity with relaxed breathing.<br \/>\nUse your breath to pull or push all physical motion.<\/p>\n<p><b>4. Intake sufficient volume of air<br \/>\n<\/b>Breath normally. Avoid over-breathing \u2013 it causes tension.<br \/>\nInhale as much air as your body needs at a particular time, for the work you are engaged in.<br \/>\nPass your breath smoothly through all parts of your body.<\/p>\n<p><b>5. Continuity of breath<br \/>\n<\/b>Your breathing should never be stopped, interrupted or suppressed.<br \/>\nStopped breathing is producing tension.<br \/>\nConsider some real-life situations when stopping and suppression of breathing occur. It might be a \u2018BOO\u2019 or a similar scary sound or abrupt movement. If you drop down or try to touch something high, inserting tread into a needle, of if you are late, in cold water or if you feel pain\u2026 Study it, feel how the tension comes and when you stop breathing.<br \/>\nThen focus on reprogramming your subconscious reactions to immediately restore continuity and keep calm &amp; relaxed.<\/p>\n<p><b>6. Cycle (pendulum)<br \/>\n<\/b>Nature often changes in cycles, e.g.: summer\/winter, day\/night, your heart beating or your breathing.<br \/>\nA cycle doesn\u2019t stop, but smoothly continues to other phases like a wave.<br \/>\nDo not begin to exhale before you complete your inhalation, and vice versa.<\/p>\n<p><b>7.<\/b>\u00a0 <b>Breath independence<br \/>\n<\/b>Physical action shouldn\u2019t be linked to breathing.<br \/>\nYou have to react without hesitation with exhaling and inhaling.<\/p>\n<p><b>Enjoy!<br \/>\n<\/b>Breath is something nice, which is pleasurable.<br \/>\nBeing aware of your breathing calms you down, but also gives you energy and makes you happier.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.russianmartialart.com\/catalog\/product_info.php?products_id=115\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3594 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/breath.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/breath.jpg 225w, https:\/\/veda.one\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/breath-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Burst breathing<br \/>\n<\/b>Normal, relax breathing is long and smooth.<br \/>\nUnder pressure, we have a tendency to hold our breath.
