This online retreat is all about helping you find the tools to do this. During this retreat, you will learn the techniques to release tension and manage your stress. How the retreat works

There will be 4 live sessions during the retreat, held on Saturdays and Sundays. Each of the sessions will be around 2.5 hours.

This stress management retreat is held online. Systema Tibi is based in Tunbridge Wells, UK (GMT) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom based on London time (GMT) before March 28, 2021, and GMT+1 for sessions after that, which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
